EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Cambridge Apartments is a 66-unit complex developed in 1967 and includes a mix of 52 one-bedroom apartments and 14 two-bedroom apartments, with a one-bedroom unit being utilized as an office. The floor plans are identical for the one-bedroom units as well as the two-bedroom units.

Each unit is outfitted with tenant-paid electric wall-mounted PITEC heat and AC units. The landlord pays for the water and has been implementing a $35 water surcharge with new leases for the one-bedroom units, and a $50 surcharge for the two-bedroom units. 42 units have the surcharge currently in place.  The gas hot water is paid by the landlord and both hot water tanks were installed in 2018.
