Income Property Organization Will Be Represented at Upcoming National Multi Housing Council AGM

Bloomfield Hills, Mich. – January 4, 2018 – Income Property Organization (IPO), one of the region’s most active brokerages focused on serving those connected with the multifamily housing industry, will be represented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

Al Beachum, a member of IPO’s senior management team, will attend the NMHC AGM, which is scheduled for Jan. 16-18, 2018 in Orlando, Fla., at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creed & Waldorf Astoria.

Among the expected highlights will be an all-day Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference as well as various networking opportunities.

“It’s not unusual for these gatherings to be the place where industry leading companies such as IPO find themselves hearing about opportunities that we can follow up when we return,” said Beachum.

There are also significant opportunities to stay on top of various trends in the multifamily housing industry.

“When we have these conversations, and especially when we listen to others talk about the challenges they face and how they’ve been able to position themselves and test new strategies in the market, the value of a conference like this is underscored,” added Beachum.

A keynote speaker at the conference will be David Cameron, past Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Comedians Steve Martin and Martin Short are also being featured at the annual dinner as part of the NMHC AGM.
