Income Property Organization (IPO), one of the region’s most active brokerages focused on serving those connected with the multifamily housing industry, is attending the 2019 Student Housing Conference of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
J.J. Zwada and Paul McHugh of IPO are attending the NMHC Student Housing Conference, which is scheduled for October 14-16, 2019 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile in Chicago, IL. The conference begins with a networking luncheon and a welcoming introduction with Doug Bibby, President of NMHC. Conference topics will include: Student Housing Market Outlook, Opportunity Zones & Opportunities for Student Housing, Property Technology 101: What Is It & How Does It Impact Student Housing Firms & Residents, and Intelligent Student Living Communities: How to Maximize the Benefits and Mitigate the Risk of the Internet of Things.
The keynote speaker at this year’s conference will be Julian D. Lute, Strategic Advisor, Great Place to Work; he will share insights about how student housing leaders can build organizations that enable them to become or remain an employer of choice.
