In 2017 IPO brokered the sale of 70 apartment communities

IPO is pleased to announce another record-breaking year of sales in the Michigan multifamily market. In 2017, IPO successfully brokered 70 multifamily transactions representing over 3,700 units and a total transactional volume of $150,000,000. These transactions were completed in markets across Michigan and Ohio including Detroit, Lansing, Metro Detroit, Bay City, Saginaw and Battle Creek.
