RE Journal 2025 Award Winners

Income Property Organization has won the 2025 Michigan RE Journal Real Estate Award for the Brokerage Firm of the Year – Investment Sales category!

The awards gala took place at The Community House in Birmingham, MI on January 30, to celebrate the Detroit-area commercial real estate industry and to look ahead to what 2025 might bring for the market. During the event industry professionals shared their thoughts on the future of the CRE in Detroit, and although the Metro area faces challenges, speakers were overwhelmingly optimistic. Following the speakers, Michigan Real Estate Journal also presided over the Detroit Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony, where IPO’s Jason Gardner and J.J. Zwada accepted an award on behalf of the company.
