EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Linden Apartments consist of two buildings with 24 total units. The complex has a great unit mix of 3 one-bedroom units and 21 two-bedroom units. The apartments are in great shape as they were rehabbed in the mid-2000’s through Michigan State Housing Authority’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Therefore, the property does have a regulatory agreement on it. Fortunately, the Regulatory Agreement restricts units to 60% of the AMI, which allows ownership to rent units at the same amount a market-rate operator would. This allows for potential upside for a new owner.
