IPO Celebrates its First Sale in Indiana

Income Property Organization (IPO)  celebrates its first completed transaction in Indiana!

The sale of Stonebrook Apartments in West College Corner, IN comes only eight short months after officially opening our doors in the state. This move was spearheaded by J.J. Zwada, one of our veteran Associate Brokers, along with newcomer, Kevin Jahnke. The two have put in endless hours establishing the IPO name in this new market, and building relationships with potential clients; their dedication has certainly proven to be fruitful. It is our goal to continue to provide our Indiana clients with the same lucrative results as we do in Michigan and Ohio.
