IPO Welcomes New Team Members – Miri Gunter and Ryan Doran

IPO is excited to announce the most recent additions to our team: Miri Gunter and Ryan Doran.

Miri began her commercial real estate career in 2013 at a local real estate investment firm where she specialized in office leasing and property management. Her time working for that family-owned company developed her core underwriting and research skills that are critical to thoughtful investment analysis. Miri provides our clients valuable brokerage support by utilizing her interpersonal skills and marketing background to assist in sourcing and booking the multifamily investments we offer.

Ryan Doran joined our firm with an impressive mortgage banking and business background. With several years’ experience at Mortgage Industry for Quicken Loans, Ryan’s excellent work ethic led him to averaging over $50 million in sales per year. As a former business owner himself, he developed the skillset to easily relate to property owners in this fast-paced, multifamily industry. Ryan’s extensive knowledge will be an asset to this company as he spearheads IPO’s entry into the Kentucky market.
