Highland Terrace is a 66-unit complex developed in 1962 and includes all 66 two-bedroom one-bathroom apartments. Of importance is that each unit is outfitted with separately-metered, tenant-paid gas, electric, and water. Heat and AC is supplied from gas-forced air furnaces, central AC, and individual hot-water tanks.
