The Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

IPO’s Kevin Jahnke and Greg Coulter came out on top of the list of winners for thier sale of The Harrison Residences in Royal Oak, MI with a sale price of $29,100,000. This complex sold in September for the highest per-unit price on record in the Oakland County market at $388,000 per unit.

Greg also made the list for the sale of The Pointe Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI, which sold for $16,000,000.
