EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Riverside is a Garden-style complex consisting of 34 units just east of I-69 and south of I-94. It offers a mix of 2 studio units (380 sq.ft.), 1 one-bedroom unit (500 sq.ft.) which is currently being used as an office, 27 two-bedroom unit (800 sq.ft.), 20 large three-bedroom, 1.5 Bath units (1200 sq.ft.), and 2 enormous three-bedroom, two-bath units (1400 sq.ft.). The units are equipped with electric baseboards for heating and sleeve units for cooling, and domestic hot water is provided by electric hot-water tanks located within each unit.
The city of Marshall, located in south central Michigan, is the county seat of Calhoun County. As of the 2016 census, the county had a total population of 134,878.
