University Club Apartments were built in 1993 and have been well maintained over the years. This community boasts 120 spacious apartment homes with a mix of 24 one-bedroom / one-bathroom units, 74 two-bedroom / one-bathroom units, and 22 two-bedroom / two-bathroom units. Currently, the property is operating at 83% physical occupancy due to the renovation of 15 units that are being outfitted with new kitchens, baths, flooring, and fixtures. It is our expectation that once these units are completed they will quickly lease and the property will achieve historic occupancy levels in excess of 90%.

University Club is located on 4707 Anthony Wayne Drive in Midtown Detroit, Michigan. Midtown Detroit is a bustling urban neighborhood immediately north of downtown. Home to Henry Ford Hospital, the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, and Wayne State University, there are many students, faculty, and staff members that live in this lively community.
